Rocky is an affectionate parrot with a great personality. He is 18 months old and I have had him from 4 months. Due to a change of lifestyle I no longer can give him the time he needs and deserves. I'm looking for a good home for 'my boy' I'll be very sad to see him go, but I know it's in his best interest. With a tame, calm, humerus personality he makes a great pet Parrot. Typically Amazon Parrots are known as being noisy, well he has his moments but on the whole he very well behaved. He is used to coming out of his cage regally, so someone that is confident around Parrots is a must. He loves being around people to. He has a good vocabulary for a Parrot that's just 18 months old showing that he has great potential to be a very good 'talker'. He says things 'Hello boy', 'alright my darlen', 'there's a good boy' - none of this has been taught to him, he's just picked it up... and of course no parrot would be a parrot unless they can wolf whistle, so he does that too! Although he is not DNA sexed, I'm pretty sure he is a cock bird & his wings are currently not clipped (because I like to see him fly!). The cage, toys and spare food is all bundled in the price too. He would be a real pleasure to any Parrot enthusiast, and if/when you take him, don't be surprised if I shed a tear. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me.
