I am looking for a new home for my female blue and gold macaw. She is 3 and a half years old. She says 'Hello' and 'come on', she waves and shakes hands when I say 'how do you do' and she also tells our dog off! She prefers men but is happy with anyone who spends time chatting with her. She was hand reared and I have had her since she was 8 weeks old. She comes in the shower with me and really loves it. I would love her to go to a new owner who has experience with parrots they need a lot of looking after and stimulation. She is used to being out of her cage all day but goes back at night. She loves being tickled under her wings and is shy of new people until she gets to know them. I would consider selling the cage separately.
