I am placing this advert on behalf of my elderly dad. Due to ill health he has very reluctantly decided he must give up his life-long hobby of breeding and exhibiting Border canaries. In his lifetime of breeding and exhibiting he has had many successes, one being Best Bird in Show at Olympia. He currently has approximately 20 birds from Champion stock, many bred this year, for sale. Please ring him for more information on sex, colours, etc. He is also selling the contents of his bird room, including cages, show cages, show cage cases, nests, feeders, drinkers etc, you name it he probably has it. As you can imagine he has a lifetime of experience, tips and stories he can tell you, what he doesn't know about a Border is probably not worth knowing. Due to the upsetting nature of having to give up, please, genuine calls only from discerning, enthusiastic breeders and hobbyists. He will, with consideration, sell as pets to private individuals.
